You don't have to eat less - just different. Take a permanent marker and flip over your dinner plate. Now, divide that dinner plate into three equal parts. One of the pie sections now needs to be divided again. These are the portion sizes for the meals you should plan for losing weight. The two tiny pie sections are for protein and complex carbohydrates. The remaining two thirds of the plate are for vegetables and more vegetables.
